“ Nicht zu viel versprochen. So "Abgelegen" ist es auch nicht und eine Anreise wirklich wert. Wir haben den Donnerstag Burger getestet und muss sagen spitze! ”

“ Top organisiert, hatten den Burger für die Mittagspause vorbestellt, Burger war binnen 2 Minuten heiß am Platz. Es war alles selber gemacht, angefangen bei den Rotweinzwiebeln bis hin zu der Soße. Fantastisch! Ich komme definitiv wieder, dann aber mit mehr Leuten und mit genug Zeit das volle Programm zu testen! Edit: Waren am 18.12. zum Abteilungsessen dort, Service war bei vollem Laden leider anfangs bissi überfordert, aber nach einem kleinen Schubser unsererseits lief alles hervorragend. Essen und Wartezeit (nach unserem Hinweis) waren überragend! Selten ein so zartes Carpaccio gegessen,das Tagesgericht Wildgulasch ist im Mund zerfallen. Creme Brülee' hatte eine wunderbar dünne knackige Schicht. Die Kollegen mit Burger bzw. Rumpsteak waren auch mehr als zufrieden. ”
“ Wir waren am 07.12.24 zum ersten Mal da. Die Karte ist übersichtlich, hat aber dafür spannende Gerichte im Angebot. Nichts von der Stange, kein Standart. Genau was wir mögen! Die Vorspeise mit dem Ziegenkäse war hervorragend! Die Teller sind sehr schön angerichtet. Man schmeckt die frischen Zutaten heraus. Der Wein durfte vorab probiert werden - das ist ja auch nicht überall der Fall. Die Bedienung war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Es fehlte an nichts! Das Ambiente ist etwas kühl, da der Raum auch sehr hoch ist. Es macht einen etwas ungemütlichen Eindruck. Sehr modern eingerichtet und mit geschmackvollen Raumtrennern. Vielleicht fehlt auch etwas saisonale Dekoration - das ist aber Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Die Empfehlung des Tages war leider nicht auf jedem Tisch ersichtlich, somit ist sie mir erst nach meiner Bestellung aufgefallen (ich hätte mich sonst ganz sicher für das andere Gericht entschieden). Wir werden definitiv wieder einkehren! Eine klare Empfehlung! ”
“ Uns hat es in diesem Restaurant sehr gut gefallen, auch das Ambiente. Wir waren von dem leckeren Gruß aus der Küche angenehm überrascht. Das Rumpsteak hat lecker geschmeckt, besonders die Souce und die knusprigen Kartoffel-Röstisticks. Leider war das Fleisch der Steaks etwas fest, was einen Stern Abzug gibt. Letztendlich kann es lt. Koch auch daran liegen, dass sie das Fleisch von lokalen Lieferanten von jungen Rindern bekommen, die manchmal nicht lange genug abgehangen sind. Wir würden es ein anderes Mal nochmals versuchen. ”
